COVID Phase 5 and Proof of Vaccination

Members and guests of Legion Branch #22 Bear River, please be advised that as of Monday, October 4th, 2021 and for the immediate future, all patrons entering the Legion will have to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, or will be denied entry to the building and all events.

This is an unfortunate situation, but the Legion must abide by the laws of Nova Scotia. We hope for your understanding and patience at this time. There will be confusion and slow downs associated with the implementation of this new directive.

You'll find more information on restrictions imposed on businesses here. (You can get your Nova Scotia COVID-19 Proof of Vaccination online. Make sure you have your Health Card and the email address or phone number you used to book your vaccination appointment.)

If entering Branch #22, please be ready to show your vaccination certificate, as well as your drivers license or other form of approved government ID.

We support local seniors' organizations, Firehall, army & navy cadets, and more.

Every Tuesday 11:30 - 1:30
Join us for Soup, a bun and a sweet $4
Eat-in or take-out. If you can't join us, we deliver to those in need in Bear River.
There are tokens outside in a jar for anyone who needs a hot meal and can't afford it.

The Royal Canadian Legion is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting veterans in our community.

At Branch #22, we strive to be able to offer support to veterans, seniors, students and other members of our community.

Join the legion, come to play some pool or darts, or just stop in for a drink on our licensed deck, overlooking the scenic Bear River.
